The Studio is Celebrating International Yoga Day by offering you a free candlelit practice at our Studio SoHo on Thursday 21 June at 7PM.
Yoga has enriched the lives of millions of people throughout the globe by helping them achieve strength, balance and mobility by focussing on the breath and moving the body through a series of postures (asanas).
Come and join us in celebrating one of the world’s oldest systems of health and wellbeing by practicing with us. There are limited spots available so be sure to book early!

We’ll provide the mat, just bring yourself and a water bottle to hydrate after. Be sure to stick around as we’ll be offering hot tea at the end of practice to help us relax and celebrate this special day
Morgan first began her Yoga practice eight years ago to escape from the cold Chicago winters and increase her flexibility. Soon after developing a regular practice she began to not only notice the physical benefits Yoga offers but also the mental benefit as well. Morgan completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga in Chicago in 2014 and continues to explore her practice on and off the mat here in Tasmania since recently moving to Hobart from Sydney. Morgan is drawn to her mat to continuously explore movement within the body, shifting energy and to share with others the magic she always finds in her own practice. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find Morgan exploring Tasmania’s wilderness or creating vegan meals and treats in her kitchen.
