Movember Yoga and Beer

Yoga + Beer a match made in nirvana (well we think so!) Grab the lads and join us for 60 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and enjoy a special edition Movember T-Bone Beer afterwards to keep the zen vibes flowing. Yoga is a great way to destress, reduce lower back pain and just plain feels good! Come and practice with us and make a stand for men’s health worldwide. We’re running the class by donation with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Movember.
