Yoga for Runners Series

Whether you’re ramping up on the kms leading to Point to Pinnacle or you’re out pounding the pavement for the love of it, our 6 week Yoga for Runners series will keep your body in tip top condition.

Each week a Studio yoga instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of soothing flow at our SoHo studio. The classes will be specifically designed to stretch out the major muscle groups you’ve been putting to work to help keep you injury free and smash it on race day or out on the trails.

The class will run on every Monday night at 6:45PM until November 12 making it the perfect recovery from your weekend running.
