Our booking system runs Monday – Sunday. As a direct debit member your classes are valid each week between these days. Any unused classes that i.e not used that week are not able to be credited for future use.
Direct debit members can easily change membership options, both to cover more classes or less without any fee. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org
request your membership change.
Suspending your direct debit:
We don’t want you paying for something you won’t be using so you are able to suspend your direct debit free of charge up to 3 times in any 12 month period (provided you have been a direct debit member for three (3) months). If you wish to suspend your membership more than three (3) times in a twelve (12) month period, there will be an administration fee of $15. Memberships are able to be held in weekly blocks. Cancelling your Membership:
We understand that circumstances may change, so you can cancel your direct debit at any time, provided you have completed the 3 month minimum term. This 3 months allows you time to ensure you feel the benefits and outcomes of regular sessions with us. If you wish to cancel your membership please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org

Introductory and Pack Validity:
The introductory offers are for new clients only and may be used at either of our locations. The introductory offers are only valid for the class types advertised under each offer. These offers may not be paused, extended or exchanged.
Prior Reformer Pilates Experience:
If you plan on attending Reformer Pilates classes, you must have prior experience on the reformer machines. To arrange an Introductory session on the Pilates Reformer, email: email@example.com
Booking and Cancellation Policy- Members and Class Pass holders:
We operate a generous 12 hour cancellation window. As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online or via our app ‘TheStudio HQ’ to ensure your place in the class.
If you have booked a class and will be unable to attend, please log in to change or cancel your booking. If you are absent or cancel within 12 hours of the class start time you will lose the class, as a spot has been reserved for you in that class, holding other members out.N.B Annual Unlimited Members will be charged a $5 fee for ‘late cancellations’ and a $10 fee for ‘absence’.
Returns & Refunds:
All purchases including unlimited and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. We are not able to refund any client for unused membership periods or class passes. Unlimited memberships run continuously from the date of purchase and are unable to be paused or extended.
The Studio reserves the right to cancel classes, substitute teachers, events or workshops without prior notice.
