We are thrilled to introduce you to Anna-Kaisa Jumppanen-Allen, a highly skilled and dedicated Exercise Scientist who is starting with The Studio from January 2024. 

Anna-Kaisa recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Tasmania, and she is passionate about helping individuals like you achieve their fitness goals. Having spent the last three years working in Allied Health at a Physiotherapy practice in Launceston, she possesses a wealth of experience in tailoring exercise programs to meet the unique needs of her clients, especially those with injury and disability. 

Her commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle doesn’t end there. Anna-Kaisa also served as a Sports Trainer at the Launceston Football Club, where she honed her skills in optimizing athletic performance. With a genuine love for seeing her clients succeed, Anna-Kaisa finds joy in celebrating every accomplishment, no matter how small. 

What sets Anna-Kaisa apart is her personalized and client-focused approach. She understands that everyone is unique and is dedicated to crafting fitness plans that not only improve physical well-being but also enhance overall quality of life.
