We recommended arriving at least 10 minutes prior to ensure a prompt start and no interruptions. If a client is 10 or more minutes late, the instructor may turn them away from class for safety reasons.

We have a generous cancellation policy. So long as you remove yourself from the class or the waitlist 12 hours prior to the class start time you will retain that class. If you fail to remove yourself from the class before this time you will be charged the class. This is in fairness to all our clients and Instructors.
If you are coming to Cycle, Yoga, Barrecode or Mat Pilates classes, no. All levels are welcomed and catered to and we love seeing new faces. If you are interested in starting Reformer Pilates, you will need to attend a 1-1 Initial Consult at either location first. You can book this directly via the appointments section or over the phone on, 6223 7553.
While we continue to offer an excellent range of classes, times and locations, as well as service. We do not offer refunds or transfers between members.
Your membership can only be used for yourself and can’t be used to book for any other person.
Any clothing you feel comfortable in and that allows you to move freely. If you are joining a Pilates class, socks are compulsory for hygiene reasons.
Our stages bikes have pedals equipped for either running shoes or if you would like to bring your own cycle shoes they are Shimano SPD mountain bike cleat compatible.
Are there showers available at each location?
Yes, both our studios have change and shower facilities.
Does The Studio offer classes for all ages & fitness levels?
Yes, absolutely! our highly qualified instructors are excellent at offering exercises for all ages and fitness levels. We also offer a variety of beginner and basic level classes. Keep an eye on our events page for our upcoming beginner workshops as well as ‘Kids Yoga’!
We recommend booking online as numbers are limited and classes are popular. Memberships are available for purchase in the studio at reception and we are happy to assist with setting up a profile and helping you get started with your bookings.
Yes, we welcome pre-natal clients to all our classes. So long as you have sought medical advice, and been cleared. Pilates is an excellent exercise method for pre- and post-natal women!
N.B In group class scenarios, you should have previous experience, if you are passed your first trimester with no previous experience we may not be able to accomodate you in a class for safety reasons.
You will need a minimum of 6 weeks off before return to your workouts at The Studio. As every body is different and to ensure your safety, you will also need your Doctor's approval prior to exercising.
You should factor being at The Studio for an hour for most of our classes. Classes generally run for the following
Cycle- 50-60 minutes
Pilates- 55-60 minutes or Xpress 45 minutes
Yoga- 55-60 minutes
Barre- 55-60 minutes
N.B some Yoga classes and workshops may vary please check the timetable for each class.
We aim to offer as much variety in every membership. Any of our "Core" direct debit memberships cover all class types - Yoga, Pilates, Barrecode and Cycle. The Studio occasionally offers "Sweat and Flow" packs which are valid for Cycle, Barrecode, Yoga and Mat Pilates. Please check the individual Terms & Conditions of the pack you have purchased for full details.
