Maggie is qualified to teach Reformer Pilates. She is driven by a profound passion for its transformative potential. Aligning with holistic benefits of mindful movement, she promotes the practice as a means to enhance physical strength, as well as mental well-being. Maggie’s commitment to Reformer Pilates and other physical activity extends beyond personal practice; she aspires to engage the community at The Studio HQ, and wants to help others embrace a healthier lifestyle. When she is not on the reformer, Maggie enjoys a swim at the beach, no matter the weather!
