Introducing Helen! Helen has a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instructing, she is a Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor here at The Studio HQ & you can book in with Helen for Privates via the Salamanca Studio.

Helen has associated with The Studio HQ since 2004 when it was known as Club Salamanca's Pilates Studio. Her love for Pilates inspired her to complete Reformer Level 1 course and the Floor (Mat) Level 1 course with the Pilates Institute of Australasia, continuing her education in 2010, Helen joined Tensegrity Training's APMA Level 2 course advancing to obtain a Diploma through Tensegrity Training and also holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage. She strongly believes in the complementary value of relaxation/remedial massage and Pilates.

Helen is demonstrating her advanced strength with a modified Pilates Snake exercise. This exercise requires balance, control, and a strong centre, strengthening through those obliques.

Fun Fact; Helen has a deep passion for travel, particularly overseas.

Meet Izzy! Izzy is a new instructor at The Studio HQ, and you will find her teaching Cycle classes at South Hobart!

Izzy Loved going to Maddy's cycle classes, a former instructor of The Studio HQ. She has always liked cycling, and going to these classes inspired her to pursue it as a job. Izzy has been coming since 2022 and knew she would love to teach at The Studio HQ.

Izzy loves the ability she has to make cycle fun. Cycle at times can be quite tedious, so being able to help people exercise while having fun, makes being an instructor worthwhile for her.

Fun Fact: Izzy grew up in Northern Beaches in Sydney! 🌊

🌱 Introducing Christina! Christina is a Reformer Pilates Instructor and you will find her at our Salamanca Studio!

After Christina had her son, being a full-time Mum, she didn’t have the time anymore to keep up with such an active lifestyle and only did little to no exercise for the first year of his life. Doing Pilates classes was the one space that not only helped Christina's body get stronger but also her mind. She would always come away from every class feeling so good both physically and mentally. This then made her want to move to instructing so she could share this feeling with others. ❤️

Christina loves seeing how happy people are after a class and good they feel both physically and mentally, knowing she was able to give that to them is such a great feeling for her!

Fun Fact: I did dancing (Calisthenics) for 22 years.
