Our Hobart Pilates Studio is the sister studio to The Studio HQ. What is The Studio Hobart?
The Studio Hobart specialises in private (one on one) and semi-private sessions of up to 3 clients maximum per class. Offering individual programming in all sessions on an array of Pilates equipment that empower our instructors to provide a tailored workout to suit individual body types and needs while helping everyone achieve their goals.
At the Hobart Pilates Studio, students undertake functional low impact exercises leveraging an unparalleled collection of Pilates apparatus including the Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, our amazing Reformer Pilates machine and many more specialist pieces of equipment that make every workout truly unique.
Studio Pilates is a workout like no other. Beginning with the small stabilising muscles in our body, along with the larger muscle groups means you not only gain length, strength and tone in each of these vital muscle groups, you also improve mobility, alignment and posture. Sessions focus on a holistic full body workout, at the same time as meeting your individual needs ensuring we bring about the most rapid progression possible.

Some are fit and want to maintain what they already have while some might be post-operative patients wanting to improve their mobility and strength. The sessions delivered are very controlled, ensuring you are working the muscle groups in the correct manner and adjustments are made where required. If an exercise is not right during the session for the member, it is easily adjusted on the spot. Workouts can be gentle or can be made very challenging depending on the member’s goals and abilities. You can often get a little shaky but only in the best kind of way after working those smaller forgotten muscle groups.
